This directly affects the efficiency of the operation, because once the package has been unpacked, the operator can immediately place the next one in the right place, without stoppage due to not delivering the material by the forklift truck. The training system tilts the entire package and lifts it at the same time, releasing single layers that directly onto the chain feeder. The elements at this stage undergo preliminary selection for those suitable for planing and waste. The material that is not suitable for further processing is separated by an operator having a station at this stage, which by means of the button controls the rolls that break the continuity of the line, thereby reducing the material to the feeder and not reaching the planer. The material that has undergone segregation and is suitable for the next stage is passed through gravity rollers to another chain feeder. This feeder is equipped with a transverse rollers system and a hydraulic accelerator which is responsible for transferring parts from the feeder to the Weinig Hydromat H23C four-side planer. Then there is the process of planing the elements which has the possibility of processing them at speeds up to 80 m / min. The integrated picking system after the planing transfers them to a cross conveyor with a conveyor system equipped with an automatic material discharge system.
